to be fair...she's not from such a place.
uhhh to be fair the unintelligent ones are the Belgians who can't clear their sidewalks, sidewalks I may add, that are so narrow, they are barely the width of a single person.
Much like our driveway, which only gets shoveled every other storm, because Himself always finds a way to get out of his turns.
